It's been a nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago for an entire beef we had processed. It got down to temp and then started beeping and the fan sounded like a jet getting ready for take off. Luckily, all I had in it at the time was a bag of ice. I called Frigidaire and they sent out a technician. He has made 2 visits and I'm hoping this will be his last. It would freeze then melt. Apparently there wasn't enough charge to keep it frozen all the time.

Unreliable

We purchased our Frigidaire 20 Cu. Ft. upright freezer at the end of March 2020. In the 4 months since it was purchased it has been broken for almost half of that time. The freezer continues to get ice build up in the bottom half and behind the inner wall causing the fan to quit working. The top half gets warm and thaws all of the contents inside. The local service technician has been to our house 5 times on three separate repairs. As soon as he left on his 5th visit the alert warning light activated again indicating that there is still something wrong with it. (A 4th problem in 4 months.) This new issue will require another visit to determine what is wrong with it now, ordering more replacement parts and scheduling a new service call. It will be at least another two weeks of non use of the freezer. To this point Frigidaire has refused to replace the freezer with a new one. They want to keep trying to replace parts or make adjustments on the freezer.

Terrible

This was the worse purchase ever, a new freezer that did not work for one week.so I just returned it after having it repaired 3 times. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliances

Freezer is 1 month old. Lights blinking and no longer cooling. Unplugged unit to thaw plugged back in and it only worked for a couple days. Total waste

PLEASE RECALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer has the same problem all the other reviewers talk about. It has never worked right since it came out of the box. Green light flashes and it keeps beeping. Just had repair man come and guess what? It's the fan! As many problems as there are with the fan and this freezer, I don't know why the repair men don't carry some with them. It has to be ordered and will be weeks getting it. Guess I'll keep buying dry ice to keep my meat frozen until it arrives.

Within a couple of weeks, beeping top 2/3 stopped freezing. Got it fixed, and a couple of weeks later same thing. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one...

Bad freezer

I bougjt this freezer on april and they deliverd on june 27. The freezer worked just one day and then get broked. The repair man came and fixit, then worked for one week and then get broked agian. The problem is that the fan its geting ice so it stop working evry three days. They are going to send me a new one but i think this model is defective....
