Love my freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and am pleased with the freezer. It is easy to find what I’m looking for. It maintains temperature. I like the green light that lets you know the freezer is operating without opening the door.

door leaking air and inside icing up

Sound in motor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so glad to get this freezer. Came as promised, freezing as expected, but there is a humming sound in motor. I have tried to call warranty center twice. Been on hold for 30 min each time. Can't get response.

This ones a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer was delivered in May. Was working fine then yesterday the alarm was going off and the green light is blinking. I was hoping for a long time of service and it’s only been 2 months.

design flaw

We have had this freezer a little over 30 days. We had to have the repairman come out a week and half ago. The seal at the bottom of the door pulls away easily and allows frost build up at the bottom. Subsequently we did not realize and we lost a freezer full of food. Repair person came out showed us that the seal and bottom of door inside need to be free of frost/ice build up or seal won't stick and we will encounter again. I have already noticed a slight build up again and will have to keep an eye on it going forward. Very disappointing. We had an old chest freezer (fridgidaire i believe) for about 20 years. Worked great even with even with the insulation separating from the top door.

Terrible appliance

I bought this appliance in June and it started by freezing over and then it thawed out completely. Customer service is really busy so it took weeks to get someone out. He said the fan was frozen and fixed that. Yesterday it started frosting up again and then it did not auto seal so it thawed out again. The main features that I bought this for (even temp, self seal, door alarm) are ineffective or just don't work. Very disappointing product.
