Very good freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for A NEW UPRIGHT FREEZER TO OFFLOAD THE 2 FREEZERS IN OUR REFRIGERATORS. This 20 cubic foot unit fits the bill and then some.we home cook for our dogs and get 40 lbs of fresh chicken twice a month... This freezer handles it giute nicely.,

Works but a big issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer at the beginning of November and it was working fine, up until Christmas. I had a mechanical tech look at it and he informed me that there’s a flaw in the door magnet that doesn’t consistently activate the switch that “closes” the freezer and activates the compressor. There’s a kit to lower the door, but that won’t be here until next week.
Still a decent product, just seems like this design flaw is something that would’ve been caught in the testing and evaluation phase.

Failed after 3 months, difficult to resolve issues

I bought the freezer in September, the sealing system failed 2 weeks before Christmas. It is now January 8 and I may have finally resolved the problem with a buyback, but I am stuck with a non-working freezer that I have to recycle.

Excellent Freezer, I love the frost free,
