Lots of space, shelves and the outside is easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really needed a freezer with 6 people living in our home. Both of our refrigerators' freezers were so crammed full, I couldn't find anything. Now both of them are almost empty and I still have room for lots more in this freezer. One of the grandkids got something out of it with sticky hands and it was so easy to wipe down!

Don't trust it to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 2 mo ago opened the door a couple weeks ago and the top shelf items/door items were thawing. Following was the alarm and blinking light. I've reset it and called for warranty work but now it's functioning as it should after 3 days of temps around 35-40° I'm afraid to put anything in it to only loose it. But how much can a tech do when they come out next week only to see it working when they arrive.

Manufacturing defects

Delivered yesterday, and already two manufacturing defects obvious.
1. Not level. My floor is perfectly level front to back, and only 1/8 inch off sideways--easily fixed with shims. However, the freezer is off level by much more, nearly 3/4 of an inch when measured on the top of the case. I thought the case might be off square so I measured the vertical on the front--off by just as much. Manual and Frigidaire rep say should be level. Frigidaire repair person visiting tomorrow, which is quick.

Second problem sounds small, and maybe it is. Manual says it is important to remove tape residue from the inside, but the method described, using dish soap, does nothing but work up a lather, despite vigorous rubbing. Probably manufacturer has switched tape. Hope manual is wrong about importance.
I haven't even turned it on yet, so I can't give a proper review. Will do so later.

Searching in the darkness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our new freezer last month...the light has never worked...still waiting for a replacement bulb to arrive from the factory. Currently using my walking headlamp when I need to retrieve items from the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Searched a long time before selecting these freezer, it was worth the time I spent a long time looking for the right freezer and this one was worth the time and money spent. It runs like a dream, not loud at all, and has some great features. I really love the pull out drawer at the bottom for the larger items. The movable shelves allow you to customize the space to your individual needs. I highly recommend.
