Problems with a new freezer

Ok Freezer. Keeps making a rattling sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer only because it was the last one I could find. It almost immediately started making a rattling sound. It took forever to get a hold of customer service and schedule a tech to come out. Shortly after he supposedly fixed it, it started making the sound again.

3 months old...supposed to get a call back for service - no call, not happy

Went out after a month

Quickly broke

After 6 weeks, freezer malfunctioned Waited 1 week for replacement part. Lost $ on spoiled food.

2 months of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We (family of 7) got two months of good use from this freezer (4/20 - 6/20) before I woke up one morning to the green light blinking, the alarm beeping and my food already thawed (frigidaire does not pay for food/money lost). Called customer service that day (6/29/20) and have been told four times now that a supervisor will be calling me back about a service technician visit and have never gotten a call back. Latest call (on 7/17/20) I was told that my account had been sent to replacement review on 7/15 and that I should have a call within 5-7 days about what store will provide a replacement and when they will be delivering...here's to hoping that I actually get a call back this time and Frigidaire takes care of this matter!

Customer Service nightmare

Pro's: - Ordered on June 9th- Arrived June 17th as communicated. Delivery was smooth and delivery guys were professional- - Nice size and fits a lot of items Con's: - July 1st we had a service call that took 45 minutes to schedule. At which time I explained the door is not staying closed properly and appears to be the rubber seal. When the service tech arrived I was so happy to see him until all he did was confirm something was wrong with the seal and suggested to maybe not have as much stuff on the door and really "slam the door closed". Wish I was kidding :( Final results... He will have the part ordered and "we'll be in touch" - Well it's now July 20th and still haven't heard from anyone. I just tried calling customer service only to have a recording tell me that "due to the high volume of calls at this time, my call couldn't be taken. Good bye" Hard to recommend when it's only been in use for two weeks and requires duck tape to keep the door closed. Can't afford to loose the product currently in there.

Doesn't work
