2 Different Units - Both Have Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered two separate units. First one would not turn on upon delivery. Still have yet to receive replacement. Second (separate) unit delivered light does not work and the door switch is faulty.

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a week of the purchase, the fan began making sounds. A repairman showed up who diagnosed fan problems. He said that he had to order a replacement fan. We are awaiting the fan and now the freezer is having problems maintaining 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We will be placing another request for warranty work. This is not a good start for a new freezer.
