[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a mouth ago and been happy with it. The only thing with my unit was the magnet that tells the door is shut did not line up, so it started beeping. A guy was sent out to look at it and was really helpful. Fixed it in about 5 minutes. Haven't had a problem with it.

Just the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My food is frozen and everything seems to work like it should. It is a little smaller than I expected being it’s 20 cu. Ft, but it will work. I’m more familiar with chest freezers, so maybe that’s why it seems smaller. I got the upright for my pregnant wife to be able to access it more easily. All in all, no complaints. If this one holds up, I’ll get some more in the future.

Perfect size and quiet operation

Prior to buying this very large upright freezer we had been using 3 refrigerators for the freezer space.We love the convenience of having everything in one location. Its operation is very quiet and I also like that it has a green light on the bottom below the door so you can tell when power is applied. I have it plugged into a GFCI circuit so the light lets me know everything is ok
