warranty call already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had trouble from the beginning. Already have a warranty repair coming. The size is great, lots and lots of space but very disappointment with the repair we are already having to do after just a few days of purchase.

Broke after 3 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a good product. Was working for 3 weeks and not won’t stay frozen, high temp alarms constantly, turned on and off, followed troubleshooting instructions. Plan for warrantee replacement ASAP!!!!

Broke after 2 weeks.

Broke 2 weeks after receiving it and still broken 4 months later

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My freezer broke 2 weeks after receiving it. It has been “fixed” twice and is broken AGAIN. I have owned it for 4 months and still do not have a working freezer. Frigidaire refuses to replace it and instead wants to keep trying to fix the problems with it. The entire experience has been absurd!

Really bad product, poor service

I bought it two months ago and it worked for 15 days. It died after that. The maintenance company came, didn't have parts, came two weeks later, fixed the part, the freezer still doesn't work. Meanwhile the maintenance company when called up after an hour later asked me to get a new ticket. Spare yourself pain and don't buy this.

My Review for 20.0 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is ok. Though it had fan issues and made loud crazy weird noise when it was installed and then the installers opened it and fixed it but asked that we contact the seller. After they left, the crazy noise started again. We called the seller who directed us to the appliance hospital and it took a week for them to come fix it.
Was surprised that a brand new freezer would have such issues. They need to check their appliances before they sell them.
