Working great for me!

The compressor broke after just 10 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor broke are just 10 days. The cold setting on the recommended setting the whole time. Warranty repair came out and deemed it non-repairable. I am waiting the the replacement center to contact me about a new freezer

Do not buy

My freezer broke after a month. Technician came and said needs a Oty after a month???? Said he will come back but it’s been a week. Garbage freezer, even worse service.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top shelf too low, should be able to place it higher. Bottom shelf over basket too high, should be able to set it lower. Only four shelves, to make it more usable and easier to organize should have more. Seal on bottom of door keeps coming loose, so you can't shut door, have to get down and push it back in place on a regular basis.

Not happy!

Junk! Worst purchase I have ever made.

The freezer was delivered a month ago and it has broken twice. I lost all of my food TWICE! Frigidaire is selling a defective product . Once you purchase this lemon, you are stuck with it. Do not purchase! All Frigidaire does is send a repairman. They do not reimburse you for any of the food that you lose when this piece of junk breaks.

Dead in less than a month

I had it less than 3 weeks when it died. Customer service takes 30 min to speak to someone if they don’t hang up on you repeatedly. Set a date and time for repairs. No one showed and agency didn’t have service order sent to them. I lost all my food and still don’t have a working freezer. Very disappointed.
