Need more shelves

Everything great— minus the light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this for expanded freezer space. It’s huge! Definitely a great size. Love the shelves, very easy to move around. Freezer on wheels as well. The only draw back is the light on the inside won’t stay on. There’s nothing in the manual and customer service just suggests changing the bulb. It’s not burnt out, as if we unplug and plug back in, the light will pop on then go out shortly after. Very frustrating! Without this issue, would be 5 stars!

I purchased it two weeks ago and it was delivered 11/4/2020 and it has already issues. I placed a service call hopefully it can be repaired or I am returning it
