Excellent freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery man had to adjust something in the back to stop the fan from hitting the something making a terrible noise. As soon as I started filling the freezer the grinding noise returned. Repair man had to be told where the fan was. Once he listened he found that the fan had never been tightened into place and was hitting the drain hose. It's been running fine ever since but such a fuss with a new appliance should not happen!

Fantastic so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We reasearched various possibilities to increase our freezer storage capacity and settled on this one. It has exceeded expectations. It's very spacious, has excellent shelving and adjustments, and plenty of in-door storage. The internal LED light is a great touch, as is the green power indicator light on the front bottom. As you'll read, the compressor does run more than you are probably used to but it's supposed to do that per the literature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to complement the 21cuft. unit I bought in 2011. They work as advertised and I needed a second one for the big game I harvested this year.
A suggestion for the assembly line people, when installing the door hinges do both sides of the door for ease of reversing the door. I needed to drill out the screw holes on the bottom to accept the screws without stripping them.
