Broke within 3 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My freezer broke within 3 weeks. When I called Frigidaire for the warranty, the message said "we can't take your call right now... click". Can't get through to Frigidaire. Called a repair company. They said I need a part. They are trying to get the part--no reponse from Frigidaire. Still waiting for the part 3 weeks later.

Worked for three days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in April 2020 from HD. It worked for three days and then stopped cooling. Wasted a lot of food. Making arrangement for a return took a lot of time. Will not buy again.

Nice freezer but had to have it repaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer a month ago and the top half of the freezer was melting. I had to get a service call for the freezer but as you can imagine during this pandemic that was not easy to do. Frigidaire did send one of their service technicians over finally and they were able to repair the issue but it is unfortunate that a new unit would have an issue. The service tech said he Address the problem by making a small modification to the party question and that should not have a problem going forward but what about all the people that have a new freezer without this modification? Now that it’s repaired I love it, hopefully no one will experience my issue

Disappointed

Pure Junk

Bought 2 and both are defective. One quit working after 2 days and the other makes a horrible grinding noise everytime I open the door. Fridgadair gave no assistance.

Already has been fixed once five days ogo.

Bought it in April. Had problems after a few days. Had fixed supposedly. Put food back in after three days. Day five not working. Sorry I purchased a Frigidaire. Should have gotten a brand made in America

Don't do it

Bought this freezer 6 weeks ago and it will not hold a temp. Placed it on the highest setting and still doesn't freeze, call Customer Service (which was a nightmare) as it is covered by a warranty. The 1st place they schedule to fix it doesn't service my area but they never called to tell me that that appointment was canceled, 2nd appointment with a different company stated they came out but never did. Now i have to call Frigidaire AGAIN to get this brand new garbage fixed... At this point i just want to return it and buy a GE.

Annoying buzz

Almost immediately starting hearing this annoying buzz that others have mentioned.
Determined it was coming from the roller assembly at the right rear of the unit.
Stopped the noise by placing shims under the freezer to stop the roller from contacting the floor. Seems to me this is a design flaw in the roller assembly.
