These freezers are both reliable and well priced. They are easily a solid investment and worthy of my limited funds.

Had the features I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these freezers upon moving into my new home based on recommendation from a leading consumer magazine. They have good capacity and seem to keep the temperature accurate and uniform while used in the garage. We needed to be able to swap the door openings and it was a breeze. One of the freezers occasionally makes a thumping noise and only stops when we open and close the door. Did everything recommended on the website and am keeping my fingers crossed as we store our meat in them. Based on sketchy on-line reviews we did opt for the extended warranty with food replacement. Would get a 5th star if it wasn't for the noise and the inability to get through on the support line.
