Worst Freezer I have ever bought. Lasted three days and had problems with the compressor. It started making a terrible rattling and loud noise. Even the repairman told me that the compressor would not last. Finally had to get my money back.

Repair Needed

Unit has a design flaw

This unit either was not tested before it got shipped to me or it has some sort of a design flaw, and has not worked even five days altogether without the repair man coming in to fix it.

Disappointed

This product acts like it is running, but will not freeze, though the temp is all the way up to coldest. I'm very disappointed.

new and doesn't work

Second fridgidare appliance we have bought in last 6 months that doesn't work! Fan motor out in first week of buying freezer and double ovens didn't have timer and oven temperature sound built in! 40 minutes on hold !! No quality control obviously

Having trouble with freezer

Had the freezer delivered on 13 May 2020. 18 May 2020 the fan started making noise then stopped all together. First day after receiving freezer the door gasket came loose at the bottom of the door. Have push gasket in place every time we open the door.
