Not getting cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase the upright freezer about 3 weeks ago and now having issues with it getting cold to keep all items frozen. Service team came out to make repairs, have to order a new fan and then return at a later date to install. Not happy yet!

Works great except

I bought this a month ago and there was an imperceptible little dent on the door. Which I didn't notice until a couple days later when frost developed near the top.
Customer service to remedy, sent a new seal despite there being no crack in the seal. Upon closer inspection I found the small dent on top of the door most likely from overly tight packaging or a single point impact. Fluke chance.
Now having to wait coming on 2 weeks awaiting a new door to be delivered and then having to reschedule professional installation to get the door put on.

not happy

Looks like I am having similar problems as other reviews. Worked great for about a month and then started issues with getting warm. It acts like it is stuck in defrost cycle. repair guys showed up in a reasonable timeframe(couple days) but now i am also waiting 2-3 weeks for a new fan(not repair companies fault). Compressor is making strange noises that I didn't notice before. tech said that's normal. I am still not so sure. It is cooling now but randomly warms up. I am afraid to put food back in it and not sure that just a new fan will make me trust it with the compressor making strange noises. sounds like a new design that needed more testing. all of the positive reviews are a month old or less from what i can see. mine worked great for a month also!!

Wish I had picked another brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this freezer only a couple of weeks when it had issues and parts went out. I had bought this to store up food because of the shut down order due to the virus. I was told that it would take 2 months to get the parts. Then I called and they said they would try to expedite the parts. So I am now waiting to get the parts and get the freezer fixed. At this point I don't trust it. They should give me an extended warranty for free.

Not frost free

garbage

2 years in and it's broken down for the last time. full freezer all of it lost. especially bad due to covid. bought food to last a month or two and all of it ruined because of a poor quality product. repairman confirmed the poor quality after FIRST repair but I did not listen and replace with a more reliable brand.
