Nice Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 13 cu ft that was constantly overloaded with food that blocked the cooling vents. Now it's the perfect size and we can easily find everything. The interior LED light bulb went out at one month old and I called and got a new bulb sent under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 Days after I bought it it quick running. I contacted support and they were great, set up an appointment for a technician. Unfortunately that took two weeks. Tech figured out the problem ( fan) and ordered a new one and set the appointment to come back and finish. Unfortunately that is going take about three weeks, but with Covid going on I understand that. The freezer looks great, has lots of room and I'm looking forward to it being a great product

Nice Sized!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago and so far, I'm happy with it. Nice and roomy, bigger than I expected. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is that the handle is built into the side of the door instead of on the front. For some reason, the entire freezer wants to move when I try to open the door. That's kind of a pain when I have a few items to put into it. I have to set them down and open the door with both hands. Maybe when I get more into it, the weight inside will keep it from moving.
