Super Nice Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it. I love the 20 cu ft size. We needed to change the door to open on the other side and it was a quick, easy fix. The freezer is well designed, and I especially like the Even Temp feature that keeps food evenly frozen from top shelf to bottom.This is a frost-free unit, which means no more defrosting - yay! I recommend this freezer to anyone who is looking for a large capacity, well-designed freezer.

As a great door seal and it’s quiet

I've had it running in my garage for about 2 weeks and so far, it runs perfectly! I am looking forward to many years of quality food storage with it. The light on the floor lets me know that it is working correctly.

Holds a ton of food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 21 cu ft upright freezer in July. After a month it went out. I called Frigidaire and they said that there was a factory defect in the upgraded Model. They ordered the motor kit and installed a week later. So far it is working fine. It holds a lot of food which is what I needed. Worth the money.

great features if it works

Stopped freezing in 5 days after buying

The freezer stopped freezing after 5 days. I am working with Frigidaire now to have it repaired. I am very disappointed right now. We will see if they fix it.

Started making a terrible buzzing sound after 3 weeks. The door is a challenge for my wife to even open, not sure why it needs to be so hard to open but it's pretty annoying. Support wants me to call some place in another state to even talk to someone. Pretty crap service guys. I'm looking for someone who make quality products now, I will not by another Frigidaire.
