Died after 6 months

EXCESSIVE REPAIR

I BOUGHT THIS FREEZER 4 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE HAD THE REPAIRMAN OUT 3 TIMES , THE FIRST TIME ONLY 2 SHELVES WERE FREEZING , TOOK WEEKS TO GET APT, THEN WEEKS TO GET PART

FRIGIDAIRE DUD

Bow it is on the blink again. The inside light comes on sporadically. the light at the bottom of the unit which indicates it is working properly is no longer lighting up. I wish I had bought another brand.

doesn't keep cold

Notice freezer got to 55 degrees with in 5 hours. Seems not to have any insulation in box, Thinking on giving it back. Did wrote Corp. but no answer.

Broke within a month of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer broke within a month of purchase. Sensor on door did not work, so it beeped continuously as if door wasn’t closed. Eventually the motor gave out and would not cool below about 30 degrees. Finally managed to get a replacement after multiple phone calls and service visits. Really hoping the first was just defective and is not a sign of the quality of freezers Frigidaire is making nowadays.

Broken Twice. Customer service terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerate two months ago. First one was broken due to a broken door. Got a replacement and second door had same problem on the door just different place. This freezer door is not actually reversible.

Do Not Buy

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

This item needs to be replaced as it appears there are defects in this model. If not replaced then a full refund to us. We can not have an unreliable appliance and worry about food spoiling. Please advise
