Love this freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had a chest freezer until we got the upright Fridgidaire. I don’t know why we waited. Everything is right in front of you when you open the door. No more digging through piles of frozen food.

Wheels don't lock

I reached out to Frigidaire, who sent me a snarky email back, saying to install door stops under the freezer! I can't figure out how to get the wheels to lock, there isn't anything about it in the owners manual. Makes it horribly awkward to use, as there isn't an external handle, you kind of have to hold it on one side and it move all over the place. Thinking about returning.

To stabilize the wheels, it is recommended that you slightly tilt the front of the unit backwards by 1/4" as well placing something under the wheels. Perfect size for the family
