Arrived after 4 months and does not work

I ordered in May got it in August dented and not functioning. Tried to get service told it was reordered and didn't know when it would arrive. The sales rep for the appliance store has not been very informative as to delivery dates. Which only makes the consumer ME unhappy with Fiigidare.
