Very pleased with Freezer

Doe not meet expectation

Had the freezer for only two months and it broke. Turns out that the fan needs to be replaced. Been waiting over two weeks for the repairman to receive a part. Very disappointing.

Very Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received end of April 2020 and it broke within 2weeks and it now months later I am still trying to get either a replacement or money back. I have tried calling them hundred of time and am always met with we cant take your call at this time. Trying email and it takes days to get a reply. I regret buying as I am out a good chink of money right now. I will update if I ever get an update but as of now the bascally news broken freezer has been on my driveway for months.
