Uncertain review at this time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the freezer about 2 months ago, and then it took about a month to get it delivered. Now I have waited a month and haven't heard about the replacement door for the freezer. The delivery men put the door on and we think that their removing the packing tape took the color/finish off the upper part of the door. It was called in but we have not gotten a delivery date yet so the exterior of the freezer is not OK yet. The interior is roomy and seems to be working; although when it was opened long enough to get all of our frozen food into it, there was condensation dripping from the interior ceiling and upper part of the freezer that later froze and had to be removed. We don't know that this is normal as our last upright freezer didn't do this. Once the door is replaced and we know that it is functioning properly, we hope to rate it a 5 star; but until then, we rate it a 2.5 star.

I had hoped for better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it arrived the motor sounded like it was going to blow up. Then after I thought it was repaired it still ran very loud. It also never turns off and runs all the time, even though I have a ton of food in it.
