Already had to be Serviced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bout our freezer in May and have had to have it serviced already due to the fan not working. Nice freezer and all, just afraid it is going to stop working again on us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. It got down to -10° fairly quick and it is not loud at all. It’s in my hot garage and been up and running for a month now with no issues.

Worked 2 Weeks and Quit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked this up at a major chain on 7/10. Plugged up on 7/11 and turned thermostat to "recommended" setting. Worked 2 weeks and then the fan froze up and quit working (frost free model). Unplugged for 24 hours and tried again it worked for another week and quit again. Called customer service on 8/3. Repair person can't come out until 8/18. I find this totally unacceptable for a freezer that was made on 6/2020 and from one of the largest appliance companies in the world.

Awful. Keeps breaking down

Damaged in delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer works great now, but was damaged in delivery and it took two weeks to get a part to fix it. This is an unacceptable time frame when overnight shipping is available in our modern world!! We lost food also!!

Doesn’t work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago and the sensor thinks the door is open and it will not keep food frozen on the top half of freezer. It also makes a rattling sound when it runs some of the time. Waiting on service.
