can't use this freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to get this freezer and need very much. We have had it for THREE weeks and haven't gotten any help. The door was on wrong and we tried to switch it to the other side. The instructions sent are horrible!! We followed them precisely, but the drawings did not match our freezer. Now it makes an awful sound and we can't get any help. I'm so sorry we bought a Frigidaire!

Defective On Arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems you either get a good one or you get a bad one. 25% of reviews were 1 and 70% were 4 or 5. I am in the 25%. Inside LED light didn't work within 4 hours of arrival, replaced bulb next day, light still didn't work. Unplugged and re-plugged and light worked for one time and then out again, AND continuous 3 beep alarm every 8 seconds. Returned within 48 hour window. Not buying another one!

Looks nice but not working right.

Freezing issues

We bought this freezer end of May 2020 and already having issues with it! It won't keep the top half of the food and door shelf items frozen!! We have done everything the manuals indicated but all day and night I have to listen to the alarm system going off constantly...angry face! We have an appointment for tech service but I am going to be a VERY unhappy customer if I lose my food before the hopefully service takes place!! I don't think I will ever purchase a Frigidaire appliance of any kind after this experience! Customers should not have to deal with such issues with a new product and I have read now that other customers have had similar issues with their new products!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered almost 4 months prior to receiving it , finally delivered and plugged in for initial 24 hr start up , the whole bottom of the freezer frosted up inside . The bottom of the door had such a bow in it that the sensor was 2" higher than the sensor magnet , a 1 1/2" gap along the gasket where the door is supposed to seal . Baffled how their "45 Steps" Quality checks could have missed it.
