Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a deep freezer with this upright model and I love it! So happy I made this purchase and it was worth every penny. Delivery and set up was easy, and once it was level and plugged in, it was cold within 6-8 hours. Capacity is great, built in LED light is bright, and there is ample storage on the door as well as shelves and basket at the bottom. Freezer is quiet and efficient. Prior to leveling, the freezer can make a lot of pops and cracks, so make sure it is level before turning it on.

Excellent Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we went with a smaller freezer to this 20cu. ft. model and we could not be happier. LOTS of room. Real quiet!! The green light indicator is a plus showing you at a glance that it is working. Once you begin closing the door, the auto closing door is also a nice feature. Deep freezes on just the recommended setting (-10° for us). We are very happy we purchased this model.

Lots of storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it for a month and it's great to stock up on frozen goods. The adjustable shelving makes it easy for different size packages. My only complaint is it's supposed to be frost free and that's not exactly the case.

Be careful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the freezer, had it delivered, came with scratches, plug it in made an aweful noise, had to shim it till service guy could come, he finally came after another call to the store, fan and ad running the drip pan, had to order new parts for a new freezer another 2 weeks, the freezer was cooling which was good as we needed it for a beef we butchered. Service guy came - fix it and seems to be fine now - service guy was nice - store manager rude - we waited 2 months for this freezer and to start off this way was not good
