Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this freezer and was pleasantly surprised the have it delivered a week later. The delivery folks need to be informed better about delivering and unpacking the appliance. They attempted to throw away the plastic clips at the rear corners of the shelves. Fortunately I was there and told them that the clips were to stay according to the user manual. That being said, the guys placed the freezer where I indicated and left. I allowed the freezer to run overnight to assure it was working properly and cool down for receiving out food. After loading our food, we discovered that the 2 lower shelves were falling down! When looking at the situation to see why the shelves were falling down I discovered that BOTH sides of the freezer cabinet were bowed out causing the shelf mounting supports to bee too short to support the shelf on both sides. I called the number provide by the delivery folks and informed the company of the issue. They took all weekend to get back to me and said that the freezer would be replaced. I was later informed by a call back that it would be over a month before the replacement would be delivered.

Good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this earlier this month. It is fits a lot of items, and it didn’t take long to cool down, so I could start puts things in. The only complaint I have is that every time you try to open the door the whole refrigerator moves. I’m happy that the seal is tight, but if anyone knows of a way to lock the rollers it would be greatly appreciated.
