I mean it's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer was awesome, until it stopped working and it took me 3 days of calling Frigidaire to get someone on the phone to schedule maintenance. I had to throw out everything, and wasted hours on hold before finally getting a service call that was cancelled twice. The freezer is working again for now and it's still under warranty so I didn't throw it by the side of the road, but I'll never buy one of their products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed It stopped working after 2 months. I finally got through to them and they said someone would come - but no one ever did. Then I could not get them on the phone again. I sent emails and they ignored them.
