Great Product, Excellent Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in mid April. The gasket kept coming loose so I called. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The tech came out and fixed the seal. He was very professional and friendly. Now the freezer is working like a dream. The alarm that lets you know if it’s not closed properly has saved me a couple of times already. The layout on the inside is great. Nice tall shelves, huge basket in the bottom and the shelves in the door hold a lot. I love my freezer. It’s made life more simple, not loosing things in the back or forgetting I have things because I can’t see them. I make less trips to the store as well since it has so much space. Best Buy I’ve made in ages.

Lots of Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a small 7.0 chest freezer to this one, lots of space and can now see everything and don't have to dig. It could use 1 to 2 more shelves to make it perfect, and I'm on the fence with Frost Free design over manual. But a very good freezer overall!

Our new Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just replaced our 40 + year old frigidaire. This thing was still running like a champ. The only reason we replaced it is that we read the new ones used less power and it was icing up. We hope to pass our new one on to our grandkids. Ha. The new one is nice. Ours was on backorder due to the virus thing and we received it in about 6 weeks which was ok by us.
