It has a god awful rattle in the compressor. It is driving my husband insane and has intensified my dogs anxiety with the noise.

only freezes in the bottom third, everything above is defrosted

This freezer is only 2 weeks old. It has been alarming for the last 2 days. Everything in the bottom third is frozen & above that defrosted. I'm disgusted

I bought this freezer back in April and it has not worked right since we have had four people come work on it still having problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and after 2 weeks it stopped working. Repair man came installed a new part. He said it was something that was not installed properly in the factory and that it was a reoccurring problem. Here I am 2 weeks later waiting for the repair man again due to an extremely loud fan noises coming from the freezer.

Since I bought the upright freezer I have had to have it repaired 3 times. I am over it I ordered took 3 months to receive so now that left me 9 months left of warranty in 3 months it has been worked on 3 times my warranty is about up . First time buying a frigidaire appliance will never buy another. I have a feel it wont make it to be a year old.

Less then 3 months in having problems

Less than 3 months of ownership, unit failed and ruined contents of Freezer. None of the alarm systems worked. Power was not interrupted.
