This refrigerator is wonderful for smaller kitchens-there are very few available.
We purchased stainless steel--the sides are a grayish black (as opposed to jet black) which is good (jet black-too severe). It's very nice looking and perfect for our smaller kitchen. The shelving and drawers are sturdy. Sometimes freezer door pops open as we close the main door. Not sure if this is because it's overfilled?

I have had this fridge for only 3 weeks. So far, it is cooling and freezing very well . I do love the glass shelves and sliding deli drawer. I wish it were a bit quieter when compressor runs, but I am getting used to it. It is not a deal breaker. I would purchase again. My last fridge (Whirlpool) lasted less than 3 years. Hopeful GE will be better.

The stainless steel is so nice...very quiet...the LED lighting inside is a nice change from the 40 year old refrigerator we replaced...we heard great things about this model...
