Very loud

I did not plan to purchase this fridge when I went to the store. But was attracted by its look and price. This fridge is relatively small and functional. But it is very loud. I could hear the humming when I was in bathroom. It is even louder than the one I replaced which was 18 years old. I do not like the wired shelves neither. I though about returning it. But decided to keep it in order not to waste resources especially during this pandemic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was the only product that was available that fit into the space that I had my choices were severely limited. I understand this is not the top-of-the-line that you make but as I said this was my only option that fit. At this point is it is extremely noisy at different periods of time as it cycles. Last night for some reason there were three points in its cycling that were so loud that it woke me up. It is at least bigger than what I had before but the cycling noise sometimes is very annoying. I would recommend this refrigerator only “as I have to have something.”

Only fridge that fits area

We had to get a second fridge delivered due to freezer popping open when you close the fridge door. This one is not as bad as the first one but when the fridge is running it is so loud and annoying that I wish we had kept the old fridge we were replacing in the first place.

Hello KSP943. We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience. It is not unusual on a two-door refrigerator for one door to pop open when the other door is being closed. The refrigerator and freezer sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them. Slamming a door shut forces air from one cavity into the other, often pushing the second door open. Make sure the front of refrigerator is higher than the rear so the door will close. Place heavier items in the freezer door compartments to provide some ballast (weight), since this is the smaller door and is more likely to pop open. We hope this helps you out. Refrigerator is so-so

I’m very disappointed in our new refrigerator. We purchased it because our previous fridge died after 21 years, and we live in an area that doesn’t offer much opportunity for "shopping around." Also, our kitchen is not large, and we’re limited as to the size of refrigerator we can accommodate. The top freezer is larger—not a big advantage for a family with a deep freeze. The cabinet is noticeably larger than that of the newly-deceased fridge, but the refrigerator storage space is considerably smaller.
