It has all the necessities that we need. I think the rollers on bottom is a very big issue you are able to roll it out and back with no worry on damaging the floor. Plus it is made in America.

Freezer over-freezes, fridge stays at 50ºF

If you are considering this model fridge, be sure to get the one that has two control knobs. One to adjust cold to coldest and one to adjust the airflow between the freezer and the fridge compartments.
It seems that the single knob version (cold to coldest only) is prone to incorrect adjustment of the airflow between the freezer and fridge leading to the freezer over-freezing and the fridge not cooling properly. I do not know if this airflow is adjustable by a service technician, but it's definitely not adjustable by the consumer on single knob models.
I've had two similar models of this fridge installed that have experienced this same exact behavior, which indicates it's a common factory adjustment defect. This means that if you get a fridge that has this defect, you'll end up calling out a service technician immediately after installation to (hopefully) correct the problem or possibly replace the fridge. Ultimately, the single knob model is a poor design choice on a fridge that relies on proper airflow between the freezer and fridge compartments. Better, choose a fridge that has separate adjustments for the freezer and the fridge compartments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps food at correct refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Would have 5 stars if featured glass shelves. OK for wet bar install but not the best for a main unit.

Fits my space

I ordered this model because it fits my space. The sheving is very basic and not very flexible. ( my old model had split shelves so you could put tall things on one side and have more short shelves on the other.) It is also noisier than you old one. I ordered it on line during covid; I wish there had been more choices for small space models.

We will be sure to pass this on to the appropriate team for future design and development. We can understand your concern about the noise level. The newer model refrigerators do have a higher sound level than models of the past. This is due in large part to the efficient high speed compressor that will run 80-90% of the time. The advantage to this design is it allows for more consistent temperatures in both the freezer and fresh food sections and it actually saves energy since the compressor uses more energy when it starts up vs when it's running. This new refrigerator will definitely seem louder due to these longer run times. We hope this helps.

It seems to be a decent refrigerator, but it’s extremely noisy. Since we’re putting it in the garage, we’re keeping it. If it had been for inside use, we would have returned it immediately.
