Failure

dishwasher was installed ran once empty to test, loaded it, ran it, it functioned fine. Next time the door latch wouldn't catch, so the washer didn't function. I called Frigidaire and was told they would have a service company (TNT Appliance repair) come out and fix it. a phone # was provided and I was told I could call it in about 30 mins. I called the number and got voice mail with a full mailbox! This continued through the duration of the problem. the next day got an email stating there was a service call was scheduled, never heard from TNT and their phone status had not changed. Frigidaire was contacted again, I was told they tried to call TNT and got the same results I had gotten, but there was a service call scheduled! The Frigidaire rep seemed angry that I was not happy with warranty service. I asked if a new latch could be sent and I could fix it, I was sternly warned that if I worked on the dishwasher, the warranty would be void, at this point I question the value of this warranty. I waited all day for the service call, no one showed up. I called the number for TNT which went to voicemail with a full mail box! The next day I uninstalled it and returned it to Lowes. And purchased a Maytag, which has been functioning well.

Came with our new house and was busted from the start

Broke after first wash

Had to call a repairman 2 and a half month after I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am now in the proud owner of the most expensive dish drying rack ever. Two and a half months after buying the dishwasher new, it broke. I will say the repair team did come out quickly, only not be able to fix it because it wasn't the problem they thought it was. I had to get a new motherboard. Waiting for the repairman on the 23rd, and hopefully that fixes the problem. The only reason I'm writing this review is because I would like to recoup my money, stress, and time for this piece of garbage dishwasher.

Hasn't dried since the first use and the sprayer is currently melted to the heating element. Filed a warranty claim but have yet to get resolution.
Everyone in my neighborhood has this dishwasher and every single one has an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I really like the sanitize option. Very useful in a pandemic and my last dishwasher did not have that feature. I bought it due to the favorable rating Consumer Reports had. I has several features that I am still getting used to. The biggest is the way you arrange dishes in it as it is different from any dishwasher I've ever used. I'm not sure I am really loading it correctly but so far everything is coming out clean so I am pleased with that. I wish the directions that came with it gave more examples (bowls, sheet pans, etc.) on how to load this type of machine. The second is a couple of the silverware baskets are very wide which means some silverware can be close to horizontal in those baskets but again, no problem with them getting getting clean so just a bit different. And the last is that the controls are on the top horizontal bar. This caused a problem because the installer installed it so it was inaccessible once the machine was installed and the door closed. And who hasn't started a dishwasher only to look up and see a glass across the room that was missed and you want to stop it to add that missed item? My son fixed it for me by repositioning it so I could access the controls when it was running.
