Get this out of my house!

1 cycle of dishes and now nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the dishwasher and ran 1 cycle of dishes in it. Dishes are clean however the dishwasher will now do nothing. I rechecked connections, flipped the braker as instructed, lights come on, start light flashes, all other lights are steady green and then all lights go out and the diswasher does nothing. I press the normal wash and nothing, I press start and nothing. Called the store and they are going to call me back on Monday. Called Frigidare and went through a series of prmopts, repair man # given and out until Monday. Not a good 1st impression for this dishwasher.

I bought this BRAND NEW and it worked one time and now it will not turn on. At all. I have called over 30 times the past 2 weeks to get help FROM FRIGIDAIRE since it is under warranty-yet they ARE NOT ACCEPTING CALLS. I will never buy another product from this horrible company ever again. What awful service. To make a product that fails after one use...and refuse to help. Thanks for nothing.

Malfunction Prone

I'm only writing a review because I'm in the process of finding a new dishwasher as we speak. It doesn't really matter how well the dishwasher performs if panel shorts out, and this is the second time in a handful of years it's happened. If you ever see these three lights blinking on the panel, all you have now is a very large paper weight.
Again, I'm not looking for a resolution on my dishwasher, but I'm hoping my review prevents other consumers from having to deal with this.

Disppointed So Far

Purchased in early November 2017to take advantage of the holiday sale and energy rebate. Because of remodel taking place, I was unable to connect until last week. Have used 3 times, using recommended trouble shooting advice per the manual - still does not dry the dishes as it should. Planning to request a service call in hopes of salvaging the purchase. On the plus side, it is very quiet and looks fabulous in the kitchen.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. I am not happy with this appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher less than 4 months ago and am already having issues with it. The door doesn't close properly and the unit doesn't completely dry itself - and as a result the unit has a musty smell and I have to leave the door open all night so my dishes can air dry. The unit is only 4 months old. I'll have to purchase the extended warranty for when it will no doubt get worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To improve drying performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, and you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher. I am so dissatisfied with this dishwasher. I have to completely wash the dishes before i put them in the washer and still mold grows on everything i put in it including the walls of the dishwasher when using the rinse only cycle. It does not get any of the dish dry when using the dry cycle. Wished I'd spent more money and bought a better one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some tips that can alleviate your concerns, is to make sure the water temperature is 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. The correct water temperature and using rinse aid can assist with the drying and cleaning of your product.
