Sexy, Sleek & most importantly, Silent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse and I fell in love with the black brushed look and decided that was going to tie our kitchen together. We fell in love with this model for a number of reasons, largely centered around the finish, the price and the fact that the control panel was hidden from our two year old.
We were delighted to discover that this unit was also significantly quieter than our old unit. The cleanliness of our dishes a immaculate after every wash cycle. We really couldn't be happier.

DW does a good job cleaning but not drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this dishwasher four months ago. Installation was straightforward and the instructions were generally accurate. I had read the prior reviews and am not disappointed with its performance so far. No problems with cleanliness of dishes following a normal cycle. I make sure to run the hot water in the sink before starting the cycle.The dryness of dishes is more of a problem. I have found the following to be successful: I listen for the last pump-out of water immediately prior to drying. I also can observe the "washing" light goes out at that point. I then open it up, dump any trapped water in cup and glass bottoms, shake the silverware rack (to remove any excess water drops), and then wipe the door with a damp dish cloth, and start it again to resume the dry cycle. Then, when the drying cycle is finished, the dishes and silverware are usually dry. To ensure, I will leave the dishes sitting overnight with the door open and racks extended outward. In the morning, everything is nice and dry. No other issues or concerns. Read the manual -- there's lots of good information there!
