Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is very quiet and seems to clean very well. However it does not dry the dishes well at all-- I can't seem to get the dishes dry no matter what I do.

Effectient and quiet but dangerous design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the stainless steel look, and it washes dishes efficiently. It's also quiet. However, the top black lip of the dishwasher where the buttons are located has a sharp edge just under the handle and cuts our hand frequently. It's unavoidable, as you need to pull the handle right where the sharp edge is. My wife and son have cut their hand multiple times. This is a product design / engineer flaw. The actual dishwasher is great, it's just a hassle to need to be cautious and intentional every time we open the dishwasher for fear of getting cut.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I apologize for any frustration and inconvenience you may be experiencing, TRICIAT. The majority of cleaning and drying challenges are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F at the water heater for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes (like you might do before getting in the shower). Make sure you are using rinse aid. Debris from dishware can get trapped in the filter, glass trap, and spray arms causing blockages that can influence cleaning efficiency. See page 11 in your Owner’s Manual for care and cleaning information. Sleek and Quiet!
