good for new style dishwaher

cleans dishes well but apparently like all new "energy efficeint" dishwashers does not dry completely on the interior surfaces (walls, top and bottom)
I shouldn't have to prop the door open to dry completely

Pleased to hear how well the dishwasher is fitting into your life, pavy. Most challenges with drying have to do with water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid. You can increase the amount of rinse aid dispensed to assist with drying (page 10 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions).
