Dishwasher is a disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t always start on the first time. Sometimes I have to open and close the door multiple times to get it to turn on. And even with the air dry feature on the dishes are not dry. We had the exact same dishwasher in our other home and had no issues. This one is brand new and doesn’t seem to be working correctly

Note that when AIR DRY is selected, the heater will be de-activated during the drying phase of the selected wash cycle. This will slightly lower the energy use but will increase the likelihood that the dishware will not dry completely. This information can be found within the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS of your Use and Care Guide. Select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Also, please check out this quick troubleshooting video linked below to see if it addresses your other issue. If it doesn't, please reach out to us by phone at 800-374-4432 or via Live Chat from our website. We are available between 8:30 am and 8 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Injured fingers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor exterior design. Easy to jam fingers between top control panel and countertop. There is also a sharp plastic lip just above the front handle that sits right at knuckle level. I’ve scraped the skin off my knuckles on it multiple times.
Dishwasher seems to clean good and is pretty quiet. Could dry dishes better.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven heats up quickly and maintains the selected degree. The 5 burner stove top ignite wuickly. The cast iron grates are substantial to carry any weight.

Gets Cold
