Button operation is complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want tonstart by saying that I love the way the dishwasher washes my dishes. I just wish the buttons were not on the top of the washer and were not so hard/difficult to press. Sometimes the old school knobs work best with less explanation or reaearch on how to work it.

Better than expected and replaces Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 7 year old Samsung stainless steel dish washer and we could not be happier with the performance and quality of the product AND we find the configuration of the racks is great and LOVE the oversized silverware tray for odds and ends that are too small for the racks. I did the install myself and it was an easy project with all of the access needed to hook everything up. The performance is great and we look forward to years of quality dish washing!

Very quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because I had the same brand that lasted for 19 years even with heavy use! This new one was the replacement. The new one is obviously better, very quiet and the washer arm cleans the dishes exceptionally well.

Low end dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came in my house installed by the builder. It's the epitome of builder's grade. It's worse than the builder's grade of a different brand in my last house had & worse than the bottom-of-the-line of a third brand that I bought to replace that one. Heck, this is worse than the one I had in my apartment a decade ago.
This dishwasher is low end. Everything about it feels cheap. The door doesn't open well. The bottom rack won't roll smoothly and all the dishes get bounced out when you push it back in. The silverware basket has NO slots so everything is just banging together, causing damage, and the basket itself slides around in the bottom rack. The top rack is too close to the top so you can't put anything very big up there.
It technically functions, but with all the cheap, wimpy feeling plastic I doubt it will for long. Buy this one if your dishwasher breaks right before you sell a house & you just need something to fill a hole.

No Heat Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does not have a heat dry feature. Dishes are always soaking wet after each cycle no matter what setting I set it to. I truly wonder if the water gets hot enough to actually clean the dishes. The setting buttons are difficult to press. Starting the wash is tricky. It takes several attempts at pressing the wash settings before the washer agrees to start.

With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance.
