I have had trouble with this this machine from the start and I’m still having it. The control panel does what it wants and I can’t get it to work most of the time. Had many issues with the drain as well

Difficult to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a 25 year old model, this had a cheap plastic water connection that is bound to fail and the design of the back of the dishwasher would not allow us to install it flush with the cabinets. Our electrical line was dead center in the wall and could not be moved. It is ridiculous to only allow 3 inches around the floor area to run a water line and electric. If your house is a new build that might be great but would not recommend this as a replacement unless you want to tear out you entire kitchen. The upside is that it is quiet.

Wasted money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in October of 2022 but it just got installed about 2 months ago due to having to wait until cabinets and counters got installed.
I have tried everything to make this dishwasher work. within the first week of it being installed I had to buy another lower wash arm because it melted..... still my dishes are not getting wet and I am 90% sure the wash arms are not spinning. I have tried all different types of washing products but all of them just run down the inside of the door to the bottom of the unit and never wash away. The dishes never get wet. I am at a total loss of what to do.
I flooded for Ida and struggled for over a year to get my house back so it is very disappointing to still not have a dishwasher.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly disappointed with this dishwasher. Doesn't wash detergent stays on the inside of the door or bottom of the unit. The lower wash arm has already melted and I had to replace it. Not once have I gotten this dishwasher to clean a load of dishes
