Broken rack upon arrival

Frigidaire 24 inch built-in dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is exceptional, I would have given it five stars, but one thing I do dislike about it is when you pull the bottom rack all the way out, you have to lift it up to push it back in.. And when it’s fully loaded, it can be quite heavy.
