faulty out of the box

came with a broken valve where the waterline attaches to the dishwasher. leaked for the entire first week of use before we noticed water in the basement. it caused considerable damage to the floors. unbelievably bad experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor features. No heated dry.

Oh no, Bknoll! I hate to hear that you are not happy with your dishwasher. To improve drying performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, and you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher. All wet 20, I apologize for any frustration and disappointment you may be experiencing. The majority of cleaning and drying challenges are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F at the water heater for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes (like you might do before getting in the shower). Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 10 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Horrible and Would NOT Recommend!

I bought this dishwasher on April 8, 2018 and it has not worked well one time! I have used the recommended dishwasher pods and finishing rinse aid. Stay clear!

Some tips that can possibly resolve your dishwasher matter, is to ensure the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and to make sure the dishes are being loaded properly.

dishes don't come clean

I am disappointed to hear you are not getting the best cleaning/drying performance from your unit. Please try checking and cleaning your filters or a pinched/blocked drain hose. If the drain line is attached to a disposer, check that the knockout plug has been removed.
Did you know? Your household water temperature and pressure play a key role in your appliance’s performance. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the recommended temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

cheap dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cheaply made dishwasher. The front in door is very flimsy. It is rather loud when running. It leaked from the front door seal and a technician had to come out to repair it. The front lower corners are razor sharp and I cut my hand hooking up the electrical supply. The sharp edges are at the bottom corners of the door and you could get cut just wiping down the front door.

not the dishwasher anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought my frigidaire dishwasher at the same time i bought my other appliances. I have never had new appliances and when I bought this house two years ago I said as soon as I was able I would replace the old and ugly appliances that came with the house. the dishwasher was replacing the old broken copper colored one that came with the house basically for looks. my friend told me to use the dishwasher it wasn't just there to be pretty and so I did and I love it and I use it and I am no longer the dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!
