[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a kitchen designer who recommended many Frigidaire appliances for my clients. My new dishwasher has an issue pushing the bottom tray back into the machine when it has dishes weighing it down! What is going on?

Would love to return it

This dishwasher is terrible. The bottom drawer is CONTSTANTLY getting stuck. The layout for fitting dishes inside is awful and limits what you can fit in there. The drying cycle leaves everything wet. Overall just wish I didn't purchase it.

It sounds like we have an opportunity to really work on your experience with us. Regarding your rack's concern, there might be some stiffness in its movement since it is a newly purchased unit. Load items so they are secure and don’t jar when moving racks in and out. Move racks in and out slowly. You can also try putting some vegetable oil in between the rack rollers for a smoother roll-up. Air Dry Option does not use heated drying, so items will be wet. Please continue to observe its operation, and if you ever notice a problem with it, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Allow space between dishes. They shouldn't touch, and your machine shouldn't be overloaded. Use rinse aid. It prevents spotting and enhances drying.
