Complete Garbage

Home builder installed this dishwasher. It is utterly cheap and garbage. The carts fall off the tracks all the time. Cannot pull out either tray without it coming off. The wheels and tracks are bent, and it is is complete garbage. We will be replacing every single FRIGIDAIRE appliance in our home.

Nice clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new dishwasher! There's more then enough room to hold a good amount of dishes/glasses and flatware. My dishes come out nice and dry..sparkling clean! There is no build up of detergent or food remaining. I like the options of "Top Rack", "Rinse Only" and "Heavy Wash". If I have a dinner party, "Heavy Wash" comes in handy. Day to Day "Normal Wash" is perfect. Other great features include a "Sanitize Wash". NSF certified which means 99.9% bacteria gone....love that! Energy Star certified is always a plus! Pleased that it's quiet while in use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Controls on top - SUCK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved in to purchase new home with new Frigidaire (Electrolux) Appliances. Hate the controls on top, especially since they'll automatically turn it on. You have to spend some time shutting off the auto factor if you just want to open the door for a short time to throw in one ir two items. Have started a cycle a few times without wanting to. Also, you can't see when a cycle is completed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher should not be starting itself automatically. In fact, if the dishwasher door is opened while the unit is running, the START/CANCEL pad must be pressed and the door shut immediately to return the unit to the selected cycle, this must happen within 10 minutes for the unit to continue the cycle.
The CLEAN light will come on at the end of the cycle and remain on until the door is opened. This typically a green indicator light that illuminates the floor from the bottom of the front of the dishwasher. This and other information regarding cycle options can be viewed on page 5 of your Owner's Manual, located here: ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Kinston/A10121301Aen.pdf.Feel free to contact us via phone at 888.203.1389 if your dishwasher is not operating as designed. Extreme dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago and it has been the best dishwasher I’ve ever used. The basic cleaning cycle gets all of my dishes very clean and dry. And the heavy wash tackles all the egg and caked on food I throw at it. Mind you I get the big chunks off before. Thank you Frigidaire for the solid construction.

Have you measured the temperature from your faucet? Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s drying process. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
