Fantastic machine...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at many brands of dishwasher but Frigidaire was both the best choice economically and aesthetically. The unit was easy to install, easy to operate and cleans exceptionally well. I will be able to find someone to fix it close by or get affordable parts in the future if ever needed unlike my more expensive previous machine.

Bad finish

This dishwasher was in our new manufactured home when we purchased it in 2020. It is black stainless steel and the finish on the handle is already coming off.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're sorry to see that the handle has become discolored. The distinctive color of black stainless steel comes from the protective polymer coating on the outside that creates the matte black finish. It looks like scratches may have cut through this layer or it has come into contact with substances that have broken it down. It is recommended to clean the dishwasher with only mild soap and water, as some chemical cleaners can damage the protective chromium on stainless steel and make it more vulnerable to chipping and rust. The handle is regularly touched, and any chemicals on one's hands can sometimes transfer over. Cleaning well and pretty quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is doing a good job. I’ve run it on Normal, top track only, sanitize and air dry so far. Plastic ware was still wet on air dry, but dries fine on normal. I wish the silverware basket was more convenient: It fits on the side which means you have to completely open the door and pull the bottom rack forward to put in dirty silverware. It would also be nice if it fit on the top rack to do a smaller load more conveniently.

Just installed, dishwasher doesn’t want to wash at all. It turns on for about 2 minutes, but it doesn’t seem like the water is even spraying the dishes. The food ends up baked onto the dishes once the drying is completed. Perhaps I got a defective dishwasher, but I’m very disappointed. I had the plumber come out to check the water line and it is definitely not a water pressure issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very quiet dishwasher. You will need to use the drying fluid that comes with, otherwise you’ll be left with many water spots. I love that it has two water supplies, it allows me to put pans in both levels. I also love that the sliver ware tray fits in several places. All and all I’m very happy with this purchase.
