Maybe 1 yr old, got hung up between rinse and dry cycle, overheated, and almost burnt my house down, will never purchase anouther frigidaire product again. Fire hazard!!!!!

Horrible Dishwasher

This dishwasher never worked from factory and they won't fix it. We bought the house new from company, because of covid restrictions move in was delayed and appliance never worked and then their factory warranty expired and they won't make it right. Horrible service and company to do this to an elderly person on top of all this.

Ok dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well. The touch screen buttons are not very sensitive and the air dry function to me is not very straight forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher was installed on August 12th. I used it about three times. After the third time I noticed water “pooling” on the floor of the dishwasher. A repair man came yesterday (8/25) and said the pump was defective and he needed to obtain a new one. When it arrives he will return and install it. I chose the Frigidaire product in the store because of the name recognition and its reputation for manufacturing a quality product. I truly hope this “glitch” is the only problem I will have with the product.

Melted plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yesterday I I started my dishwasher before I went to bed like I always do. I woke up to find the swing arm that is attached to the top rack, laying on the bottom of the dishwasher , all melted into the round metal heating element thing. The best I can figure is that the arm at some point came off or popped off the top rack and fell onto the bottom of the washer during the cycle., now I have no way to wash dishes in the top rack! I have to wash everything in the bottom rack or hand wash my dishes!

Lower washer arm melted

Built in Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting used to the buttons being on the top of the door. Press the buttons, start and then shut the door - then the dishwasher starts. I have always had a dishwasher that had the buttons on the front of the door, which made it easier to see. Other that that the unit stacks dishes nicely and works very well.
