[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been leaking since day 1. I’ve had to jump through hoops to get it fixed. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and have had 3 appointments to fix it cancelled. But hey, at least I have a 4th appointment coming at some point in the future!

Disappointing So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into a new house with a brand new dishwasher. Did not work on first run. Unit would turn on but water would not flow in. Paid for a plumber to confirm that it was hooked up correctly and water was passing through as it should. The unit itself was not working properly. Next step was to go through Frigidaire for a service person to come look at the unit. he determined the sprinkler was not rotating properly and motor of the unit was faulty.
So far the unit has not worked to expectations, has cost money to have a plumber check and has taken up way to much time to coordinate multiple service appointments just to get a new unit to work properly.
Very disappointing to this point, but hopefully will work adequately moving forward.

Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this dishwasher less than six months and noticed spots on my floor, it's been leaking for some time. The clamps on the discharge was loose and now its leaking from up top somewhere.

Dishwasher review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the outside design of this appliance. I absolutely can’t stand the inside. The inside needs redesigned. I can’t tell you how many dishes have broke. You almost have to hold down the bottom rack when emptying the bottom rack dishes. I have never had this problem with any other dishwasher I’ve owned. Our house is a new build and I almost got a new dishwasher out of pocket

Good clean, but bottom rack sticks and is hard to push in

Dishes emerge clean but the bottom rack sticks so you have to push it quite hard and shift it up slowly so that it closes without breaking dishes. The silverware compartment is also loose.
