Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher seems to do a decent job washing, which was the main thing we were looking for. The inner tub is plastic and doesn't dry, but the dishes do, for the most part. It's louder than our previous washer and the top mounting brackets were unusable until I bent them 90 degrees. The cutlery basket slides around and the racks feel cheap when you slide them out. Maybe it's the rollers. The bottom rack, when pulled all the way out, doesn't slide back in easily unless you lift the back end up. There's a sharp edge at the top of the door I keep scraping my fingers on.

Defective latch….twice

Purchased this dishwasher and had it delivered Dec 27, 2021. Within the first 6 months, we had an issue with the latch which is a known issue. Here we are Jan 2023, 13 months of ownership with another latch issue. I think warranty only covers the first year. Not a reliable product and definitely not worth the money spent. Super disappointed in the quality of the dishwasher and the fact we are going to have to spend money to get it fixed or a brand new one at that. These things shouldn’t have issues like this, especially within the first few years. We don’t abuse the dishwasher, we only run it maybe 3xs a week.

Not all it’s Cracked up to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The inside is too small and it’s hard to fit big cups in the top rack. Also, with the buttons on the top, it’s impossible to see where it is in the cleaning cycle nor how much time is left in the cycle.

Love it!

The design of the dishwasher actually helps me when sweeping the floors by prevent dirt and debris for getting under it. The sanitizing feature is a very nice touch and with covid going around I deem it necessary.
