Dishwasher operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Programming is difficult, sometimes can't get programmed to start, as I cannot select any options on the control panel. I called the dealer for service, then mysteriously I could start it.

I hate this dishwasher. It does not dry. There is always water inside after running.

A quick drying tip is to select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand you are having concerns with wet dishes after the cycle has been completed. We do recommend the continued use of rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Should you find these suggestions do not resolve your concern please contact us directly for further assistance.

Repeated Repairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher in 2019 and the first time we had to repair it was in 2020, and now again in 2022. We have replaced the control panel(s) twice now. This time our start button was completely fried within the console. When it works, it works great, but we are not happy with the number of repairs needed in such a short time.

Heap of POOH!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy this dishwasher! This is the worst dishwasher ever made. This model just keeps breaking down! I have had to replace multiple water inlet valves, drainage pumps… door cables. It’s literally not working again as I write this!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t dry my dishes. Have to hand dry anything I put into the dishwasher after the cycle is done. They told me this is standard for new dishwashers , but it’s totally useless. So we don’t even use it and it’s a complete waste of space.

Hi, Jessie7. We’re disheartened to learn you’re not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher. Your household water temperature plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Plastic items are more difficult to dry because they have a lower thermal mass than ceramic or metal items in the dish load, causing them to cool faster than your other dishes during the dry portion of the cycle.
