Wet dishes guaranteed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cleans really well, but leaves the dishes soaking for hours and hours. The door has to be left open after each cycle in order to let the dishes partially air dry. Oftentimes, the dishes need to be shaken and dried with a towel inside/out. I plan to contact the warranty department soon, but they are only open Monday-Friday so not convenient for full time workers. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this dishwasher, nobody has time for all the extra work that comes with its purchase.

Little Details

The dishwasher does get the dishes clean. And that's what really counts, right? However, there are little details that keep it from getting a five-star rating. The silverware holder does not fit well into the bottom rack and can slide all over the place. The wheels on the bottom rack are smaller than the space between the door and the wash area. The "cup shelf" will not slide into the dishwasher in the "up" position. So you have to take it in and out - which is pretty easy but inconvenient. At first, the silverware was not getting completely dry, but I changed the dial on the rinse agent dispenser, and then it was fine.

Excellent dishwasher
